Stay Cool and Healthy with Crystal Water

Stay Cool and healthy over the festive season and throughout summer with Crystals and plenty of nice cool water. Keep up a regular supply of healthy, clean water to help keep you hydrated and functioning optimally.

Jugs of cooled, preferably not super chilled water, and also charged-up with the power of some of your favourite, or specially selected crystals can keep you in ‘the cool zone’. You can stay cool and healthy!

Making these crystal waters is a fairly simple process. Get a large glass container. Fill it with clean drinking water. If you are using tap water, it is a good idea to let it sit in an open container for about 24 hours before using it. This allows the chlorine, used to purify it, to evaporate.

Our bodies are around 65% water. However, the percentage varies according to our weight and age. Belief and demonstration have it that water carries its own vibrational energy. Before we polluted our waterways and while we had had great respect for water and nature we could depend on it to be a pure source of energy and healing. Water has a crystalline structure of its own and carries its own memory. We can also intentionally charge it with a specific vibrational message, which in turn affects its structure.

The Effect of Energy, Thought and Intention on Water.

The effect of energy thought and intention on water has been demonstrated by the work of Dr. Masuro Emoto. He has made a lifelong study of water and water crystals. He exposes water samples to music, prayer, or even a single word written onto the water container, and then super frozen. The resulting crystals are photographed using an electron microscope. The results are nothing short of astonishing. They also demonstrate considerable change in the way these water crystals are affected and formed.

Several therapeutic healing techniques are based entirely on changing the vibration or energy of the water we drink. The principle behind homeopathy for one. Water is consciously charged or changed, so it will affect other water molecules it comes into contact with, even though it is greatly diluted. Therefore, by taking a few drops of energised water into the body, every cell should eventually be affected.

In ‘Your body’s many cries for water’ by F Batmanghelidj M.D. he shows how many of our ailments are cured; Or at least relieved with the proper consumption of sufficient water. He further states that water is energetically vibrant and essential to the healing and regeneration of our bodies.

So, what better way to give ourselves a revitalizing boost and help us cope with the festivities of the holiday season could there be than to combine the healing energies of water and crystals?

Making Crystal Water is Easy.

While there are different ways of going about this we are going to stay with the easy choices. You may simply add your chosen crystal(s)* to a container of water and top it up as required.

You may then take this a step further and set it outside in the sunlight for a few hours, or a day or two if you wish. This strengthens the transference of the crystal’s energetic vibrations into the water. It is also a good idea to cover the top with some netting to prevent bugs and debris from entering.

*If you are unsure about the toxicity of some stones; or whether they dissolve or disfigure by submersion in water; then it would be wise to use one of these methods:

1. Place the stones in a glass container and sit this in the water. Be sure that none of the water enters into this inner container.
2. Suspend and secure some netting over the top of the container and sit your crystals on it, ensuring they don’t come into contact with the water. Then sit it outside for the desired time.

Drinking your crystal water.

Now that you have a supply of Crystal water, you may drink it as is, or you may prefer to enjoy it cooled down. Of course, you may add ice cubes. Some advice is to intersperse drinking crystal energised water with regular water. Yet others prefer to dilute it with equal amounts of plain water. Naturally, you may elect to use whatever proportions you wish.

KISS – keep it simple selector.

Keep your recipes for crystal water simple. Like the teaching in yoga – you don’t want to overdo and you don’t want to underdo. Just use a small number of stones when making your crystal water and don’t try to do too much at once.

We were once offered some charged water and told it would cure anything. Taking a small sip, it tasted harsh and strident on the tongue. Upon enquiring about its makeup, we soon understood the confusion we also experienced. About fifty different crystals had been mingled together, causing a mass confusion of energies, and with too many tasks to be achieved at once.
