Christmas Tree Grid. Crystals for the Spirit of Christmas.

During the week a client was discussing last week’s article about Christmas Crystals and we came up with a great way to make use of them. We came up with a game or an activity that is great for this time of year. But it is adaptable for use on any occasion. It is called the gift I would like to bring. It revolves around the building of a Christmas tree grid, built with crystals. To be involved you will need access to a good collection of crystals, that is lots of different ones or several Clear Quartz which may be used for each gift. You can make a grid for just one person. Or for as many as you wish to have involved, or have the room for.

The gift I would like to bring.

Start out by drawing a tree on a piece of paper or board. This may be a simple outline or as elaborate a tree as you can draw. This will form the grid or energy framework upon which you will build. Place it in a central location, but somewhere out of the way, where it won’t get disturbed.

Now think about the gifts you would like to bring; for your family, your friends, neighbours, community, and don’t forget yourself! Naturally you may add as many gifts as you wish. Perhaps your gift may be to contribute to relieving and overcoming some of the troubles of the world. Or maybe someone you know.

Your Christmas Tree Grid.

Now having thought about your gift(s), select a crystal to represent your gift and place it on the tree. You might find the article ‘Enjoy Christmas Time with the Help of Crystals’ handy in this regard.

You might want all of your family to experience a greater amount of love and peace in their lives. So for this example, you choose an Amethyst and a Selenite to represent and bring in the energy you desire. Perhaps you are concerned about a neighbour spending a lonely time over the holidays, so you place a Carnelian for them. (Keep in mind; you could also invite them in to share some time with you).

Visitors may also add to your Christmas Tree Grid.

You could also invite visitors to your place to add their representative gift or gifts. You may well need to supply them with some crystals to do this. The goodwill or energy that is being developed can be grounded by putting a grounding crystal at the base of the tree. Perhaps a piece of Petrified Wood could do this task. To amplify and broadcast the sentiment of your intentions out into the ethers, you might draw a star on top and place a Clear Quartz crystal in the star.

The tree, is the foundation for this grid. It is a symbol for strength, growth, stability and life. In some cultures it is seen as a conduit between heaven and earth, connecting the two and all between. The crystals contain and represent the energies you intend and wish for. While the Christmas tree grid sits in place, all who come into contact with its aura or energy field may have its gifts bestowed on them. Naturally, these intentions will go to the people chosen, for their particular gifts as well. I am sure the benefits will still be felt long after it is removed.

While your Christmas tree grid is sitting in place it will help to bring the spirit of the season into the home. It will also help to bring about a stronger connection between those present, because of the gifts they all bring and share.

You could take a photograph of it and present a copy to all of those who knew what it was about for them to take away and put somewhere to remind them of its purpose and keep their intention and spirit going.
