Hi Jen,
I hope the following information may be useful and help you to put matters right very soon.
Our article ‘Healing Crystals for Weight Gain’ would be applicable for increasing appetite, as the same principles apply.
I would not recommend Blue Agate for increasing appetite, as I can’t find any reference to it for this purpose. However, it is a cooling stone that can help to calm you and promote good health. Blue crystals are usually suggested for appetite suppression, not improvement or increase.
Tumbled stones/Crystals to increase your appetite.
When it comes to improving appetite, it would be a good idea to look for crystals connected to vitality and energy. You may like to consider one or all of these three crystals:
Carnelian: may stimulate your appetite by acting as an energy booster, and encouraging vitality and enthusiasm. It also increases motivation, creativity, and ambition, and is also recommended to enhance physical activity and coordination, which are factors that could influence appetite.
Red Jasper: may support and improve appetite by fortifying the stomach, calming nausea, and promoting better digestion and nutrient assimilation, making it a beneficial crystal for physical well-being and vitality. It may also invigorate the body and speed up the metabolism, further contributing to a healthy appetite.
Garnet: can stimulate metabolism and improve appetite by promoting blood circulation and re-energizing the body. It will also increase energy levels and vitality. It may also assist detoxification, which can be linked to improved metabolic processes.
Tumbled stones/Crystals to help reduce bloating.
These tumbled stones may help with digestive symptoms and bloating by promoting digestive balance or calming the digestive system.

Also, remember to cleanse them regularly. This may be done by simply rinsing them under running water for a short while. After you have done this, it’s also a good idea to hold them and thank them for assisting you with your appetite and digestive issues. This adds to their inherent values in helping you achieve your objective, namely, increased appetite and less bloating.
You may also like to consider using an affirmation at mealtimes. For example, I am present when eating, I have a healthy appetite, and I enjoy my food to the fullest.
