Crystals for a Healthy Life.

Crystals for a Healthy Life
Many sources will tell you that living a long, healthy life requires a combination of daily habits that lower chronic disease risk and support well-being. And again, most focus on five core pillars: primarily eating natural foods, moving your body daily, getting quality sleep, avoiding harmful substances, and nurturing a strong community. And for my part, a sixth: getting help from crystals for a healthy life.

There’s no arguing with the five key components, but I would like to add another—maintaining your vibrational or energy environment. We are frequency-transmitting and receiving devices and, like any such device, subject to interference. So, the purer and more coherent the vibrations around us are, the better we will be. (No doubt, a role here for crystals).

In addition to the five core pillars, let’s also take a look at some of the things that can help us maintain our vibrational or frequency integrity. These same things also should not interrupt and/or interfere with our settings. Our settings are the ideal vibrational rate for our being (body, mind, and spirit) and its individual components.

Crystals for a Healthy Life can play a very important role here.

Living in a harmonious environment is a key to a long and healthy life! What we surround ourselves with plays a bigger role than many want to acknowledge. The energy we draw from clean, comfortable, and peaceful surroundings allows us to present ourselves coherently and desirably. Whereas the opposite has us picking up a discordant energy that keeps us jumbled and disconnected from being our best.

Crystals are known for maintaining a consistency in their structural and energetic being. They provide a coherent and positive influence upon the environment they are kept in. Moreover, this carries over to the people and other life forms in that location.

Furthermore, they likewise deflect and/or negate the negative or discordant and therefore unhealthy energies.

Keep Crystals With You for a Healthy Life.

So, it makes sense to keep crystals throughout our homes and offices. Not only are they beautiful decorations in our homes and workplace, but they help to keep us upbeat, safe, and protected. Furthermore, their energetic output contributes to our good health and vitality.

On a more close-up and personal level, we can enjoy all of their benefits for our health and longevity by wearing and or carrying them with us.

In many ways, the crystals we employ matter little, as they all help in one way or another, but it makes sense to use those that appeal to us. Part of that appeal may be the selection for a specific purpose, such as Rose Quartz to keep us in the energy of love. Amethyst to remind us of our spiritual roots. Or Clear Quartz, programmed to help keep our thoughts clear and positive. Maybe we choose Citrine for its wealth-attracting properties or its sunny disposition.

And, of course, crystals can help us to strengthen our resolve and also assist with each of the five core pillars.

Choosing to live with Crystals for a Healthy Life truly can help us to live a long and healthy life!

Finding The Right Crystal
I truly love and appreciate crystals as aides and allies for the beauty, power and energy that they share. I love them for their power to help clarify my mind. To love from my heart and to live my life authentically. I particularly love their ability to heal with frequency. But for all they are, remember the real power, the real love, the authenticity; it all emanates from your true self. Crystals also have an important attribute not often spoken about – they help to reveal the truth of who you are!
