Q. My Brain seems foggy and not always good at storing information like it used to do and I forget things more often, can you suggest any Crystals that might help?
A. Amber and Amethyst would be quite suitable, as both of these stimulate the brain and improve memory. Turquoise helps to overcome mental fatigue, often the cause of fogginess. Rhodonite and Unakite also stimulate the memory. There is no need to use all of these, just choose the one or two that appeal the most and keep them with you until you notice improvement.
Q. How often should I cleanse my crystals?
Ideally you should cleanse your crystals as soon as possible after purchase. You need to instil your own unique vibrations into them to replace those that may have gathered over time, and then they are free to work with you in the specific way you want.
After your initial cleansing it is a good idea to cleanse crystals placed around your home about once a month or sooner if they are looking dull. If you cleanse your crystals when you clean your house, you generally don’t have to worry too much about this. However, if there is a lot of stressful or negative behaviour present, your crystals may need to be cleansed more frequently.
Your crystals used for healing will need to be cleansed after each healing session.
There are several cleansing methods. They are all designed to remove unnecessary vibrations and energy patterns to allow your crystals to harmonize with your own energy field. Remember, whatever method you use your intentions are the most important thing.
