My Crystalaura Newsletter.

Hello, Spring is in the air and for many this is
seen as a season for new beginnings. Also as a period to clean up and clean out;
by clearing out the old and unwanted, we clear the space for fresh and
interesting experiences, and allow new aspects of our selves to shine forth.
At this time we would like to encourage you to
undertake “Your Spring Clean”, get in and clean the house and/or office from top
to bottom. Clean out the cupboards, use a strong review like, - if you haven’t
used a thing in the past 12 months and you honestly can’t see yourself using it
in the next 12 months, then get rid of it. Sell it, donate it, give it
away or just throw it out, but don’t put it back, you don’t want to hold on to
the old, you want to make room for the new!
Do this and the rewards will warrant the exercise,
not only will your physical environment take on a whole new vibe, but so will
your emotions and psychology, giving you a bright new approach to carry forward
throughout the season.
Pay special attention to all of your crystals,
cleansing and recharging them, especially those that have been silently holding
space in grids established around the place. This is also a good opportunity to
sit down and have a conversation with each of your crystals and also to check
and see if any of them need to move on to a new
home.
When you have finished the physical clean: do an
energetic clean. This can be achieved by playing uplifting music, ringing a bell
throughout the house, burning incense
in each room, or by smudging.
Another way is by sitting down quietly and deliberately setting an intention for
the sort of space you want to occupy.

R.I.P.
Last month I told the story of my horse Denny,
stating that at times “we just have to acknowledge our limitations and hand such
affairs over to the hands of God, Grace, Mother Nature or whomever. We just have
to relax and trust that all will come out for the best, whatever that may be.”
Sadly several days after writing, it was decided the kindest thing was to put
him down as he was rapidly declining. At the very least our healing efforts
provided exceptional palliative care and we hope a smooth transition.
Denny will also be missed by a few clients who
were encouraged to interact with him in a form of equine therapy and others who
knew him as a mascot at our healing centre.

Healing Circle, our Spring event at Akasha
Keep.
Perhaps the threat
of thunder storms on the night of the 4th kept most of the expected
participants at our Meditation, Shamanic Drum and Healing circle at home. Never
the less the rain held off until we were finished and those present had a
wonderful experience.
After smudging to
cleanse and purify ourselves, we walked the perimeter of the circle, engaged in
divesting negative thoughts and actions we had accumulated during the last
quarter that no longer served our best interest.
Upon entering,
time was spent contemplating our goals and aspirations for the new season. To
open the circle the “Earth Prayer”
was read out, along with “The Circle of Life. (These are reproduced below). The chanting that followed was rousing
and lifted the energy. We all engaged in a guided meditation were we followed
the Sacred Flame to a place where we sat in the presence of the Elders who
shared some of their wisdom with us.
Insights were
shared as the talking stick was passed along. It was then time for each
participant to experience the vibrational delights as native healing drums were
engaged for their healing and beneficial effect. Just as this was completed the
circle had to be quickly concluded as the first drops of rain were falling
earthward. We all retired to cover and enjoyed supper and interesting
conversation.

Stone of the month.
For all those born in the month of September, your Birthstone is
Sapphire.
Sapphire is a variety of
corundum and comes in a variety of colours, (except red which is Ruby) with blue
the most common. Sapphire means blue in Greek. The finest blue sapphires are a
strong blue, and the ‘star sapphire’ is a very valued stone. Coloured sapphires
are referred to as pink sapphires, yellow sapphires, violet sapphires, green
sapphires, clear sapphires etc.
According to folklore, the
Laws given to Moses were inscribed on Sapphire, making it a most sacred
gemstone. The sapphire was one of the twelve stones on the Jewish high priest's
breastplate, located on the second row in the middle.
As Sapphires represent
divine favor, they are the gemstone of choice for royalty and high priests. The
British Crown Jewels are full of large blue sapphires, the symbol of pure and
wise rulers.
Sapphire
is
called the "Stone of Destiny". It
is also the symbol of heaven and joyful devotion to God. Some believe this is
where we got the term: "True Blue."
Sapphire has long symbolized truth, sincerity and faithfulness, and
as such, it is an excellent choice for an engagement ring.
Sapphire
contributes to mental clarity and perception. This stone lets go of depression
and spiritual confusion and stimulates concentration. It can promote financial
rewards, prosperity and bring forth gifts of all
kinds.
Sapphire is recognized as a “Wisdom Stone”. It draws protection and
prophetic wisdom. It will attract and oversee one's divine destiny in life,
instilling hope, faith and joy during the journey.
It opens the mind to beauty and intuition, and brings with it the
hope of fulfilling your dreams and the desires of your heart. Sapphire can focus
healing, loving energy upon anyone needing it.
Placed on the throat, Sapphire helps to release frustration and
aids self expression.
Sapphire normalizes overactive body systems and regulates the
glands. It will cure a sore throat, and heal the eyes. Treats blood disorders
and alleviates excessive bleeding, strengthens veins and improves their
elasticity.
The Use of Prayer is an effective means of communication with Great Spirit and serves to
deliver an important message for us to head today.
These prayers were read out at our last “circle”
and are reproduced here for the message they contain. The “Earth Prayer” is
framed and sits in our healing centre were I walk past it regularly. The other
night it caught my attention and I was drawn to read it out, and followed by
“The Circle of Life´ they convey a compelling
message.

The four winds the four powers
and the four directions
Mother, Father, God, all our guides, Guardian Angels,
Ascended Masters,
Brotherhood of light and all that is of Divine Grace
We
welcome you to our circle,
We ask that you join us so we can truly become
one with all that is.
In so doing I ask that you nurture my Body, Heal my
Mind,
and Transform my Soul
So that when its time for me to leave this
plain and come to you

The Circle of Life
Man has a poor understanding of life. He mistakes knowledge for
wisdom.
He tries to unveil the secrets of our Father, the Great Spirit.
He
attempts to impose his laws and ways on Mother Earth.
Even though he,
himself, is a part of nature, he chooses to disregard and
ignore it for the
sake of his own immediate gain.
But the laws of Nature are far stronger than those of Mankind.
Man
must awake at last, and learn to understand how little time there
remains
before he will become the cause of his own downfall.
And he has so much to learn. To learn to see with the heart.
He
must learn to respect Mother Earth – She who has given life to everything;
To
our Brothers and Sisters, the Animals and the Plants;
To the rivers, the
Lakes, the Oceans, and the Winds.
He must realize that this Planet does not belong to him,
But he
has to care for and maintain the delicate balance of Nature
For the sake of
the wellbeing of our children and of all future
generations.
It is the duty of Man to preserve the Earth and the Creation of Great
Spirit.
Mankind being but a grain of sand in the Holy Circle which encloses
all of Life.

Crystal Tips and Techniques.
This month we will take a look at using a simple
crystal Grid to help manifest your desires, and how to use the same to promote
healing. Go to your crystal collection and select 12 Clear Quartz points. Any
size is OK, but pieces about 2 – 4 cms long are preferred. You will also need a
large point or generator. If you don’t have these, they can be purchased at
reputable crystal shops, or of course you can buy them
here.
Now that you have your crystals, cleanse them to
de-programme and clear them of any unwanted influence. An easy way to do this is
to wash them under running water.
Next create an alter for want of a better
description, in an area that will not be in the way of day to day activities. An
easy means to do this is to use a small round display table or a card table and
cover it with an appealing cloth. You can also use a section of the floor if a
table or similar is not available.
On top of this area, set a circle with your
crystals. The diameter is largely determined by the space available, but about
15” or 35cms is OK. Place the 12 points evenly around the circumference with the
points facing inwards.
For manifesting, it is now time to write out a
description of the desired item or outcome on a piece of paper and place it in
the centre, or a photograph may be employed. Now take the generator between your
hands in prayer position and activate it for your purpose. This is done by
stating words similar to these; “I ask that I be granted my desire for (and here
state your written request or as represented by your photograph) and that it is
manifested by (here state your date for achievement). My request is accompanied
by my desire for the highest good for all and the understanding that this or
better will be delivered. Amen.”
Now place it over your request and wait for the
outcome. Of course keep this area clean and remember to dismantle when your
desire is manifest.
For healing the process is the same, just the
details are different.
