Sunstone is a joyful stone. It allows the real self to shine through happily. Sunstone strengthens the intellect, desire, self worth and optimism.
Since ancient times it has been used in rituals. The Canadian Indians used it in their medicine wheel to represent a connection with the golden healing light. In Greece it was used to represent the Sun God and in India as protection from destructive forces.
